*Trainees – PhD students / Undergraduates / Residents / Fellows / Junior Post docs (within 3 years of PhD) / Allied Health Professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists, nutritionists and dieticians) – confirmation required from Head of Department.

**The sessions taking place on Saturday 17th May are now included in the main registration fee. Please ensure you indicate your attendance on your registration form.

PLEASE NOTE THE BANK TRANSFER DEADLINE: THURSDAY 08 MAY 2014 AT 23:59. (Bank transfers made after this date may result in denied access to the congress). All payments after this date will need to be paid online by debit/credit card. Alternatively registration will still be available onsite by debit/credit card.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Bioscientifica Ltd.  Refunds of 75% of the amount paid will be made if cancellation is received on or before 16 March 2014.  No refunds will be available after 16 March 2014 and the total amount paid will be forfeit.  Refunds will be processed after the ECTS 2014 Congress.  Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation.  All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate.
